Getting Back on The Horse Pt II
So the title and intention of this blog is inspired by the artist Beeple. What's impressive to me about Beeple isn't that he sold his artwork as NFTs for a bajillion dollars. It's that his consistency is unlike anything I've ever seen.
Imagine 15 years of always making sure you do at least one thing on a passion project, every single day! Imagine 15 years of consistent progress toward any goal. To me that kind of consistency is where ridiculous personal achievements live. And don't get me wrong I'm not saying you too will make a bajillion dollars from what you do. That kind of (moneywise) return isn't a guarantee; In Beeple's case it was opportunity x timing x the type of personal brand built.
What I'm looking for though, is the sense of fulfilment you get from really trying.
So getting back on the horse and putting into practice a core premise of mine:
Miss a day?
Pick yourself up and keep going;
Miss a week?
Keep going;
Miss a month?
KEEP GOING!
As it's always worth trying again
